Why PMT?
Landscaping & Lawn Care Professionals in Central Indiana
PMT Lawn & Landscape is a locally owned landscape design, hardscape, and lawn care company, serving Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. We have been doing this work since 2015. If you are planning a paver patio, a retaining wall, a full backyard redesign, or you simply want a property that looks cared for every week of the season, call (317) 910-1257 and we will come walk the property with you for a free estimate.
Most of our work starts with design. We come out, take video and measurements, and build a plan for the space before anyone touches a shovel. From there our crews handle the install, whether that is hardscape installation for patios, walls, and outdoor kitchens, or a landscape design build with new beds, plantings, lighting, and edging that will still look intentional in five years.
We also maintain what we build. Weekly lawn care and lawn mowing, a full lawn treatment program built for Indiana clay soil, and seasonal cleanups in spring and fall. On the commercial side we take care of schools, townships, industrial parks, healthcare facilities, retail centers, and multifamily communities through commercial grounds maintenance contracts, including commercial snow removal and ice management in winter.

Backyards That Get Used, Not Just Looked At
The projects people are happiest with are the ones that give them somewhere to be. A patio sized for the table they actually own, a retaining wall that turns an unusable slope into a garden, a fire pit that pulls the family outside in October. We plan the whole space at once so the hardscape, the plantings, and the lawn all work together instead of fighting each other.
Larger projects start with a design presentation, so you can see the layout, the materials, and the plant palette before committing. Explore patio construction, retaining wall construction, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor fireplaces for the specifics on each.
- Paver patios, pool decks, and walkways
- Retaining walls and terraced garden beds
- Custom fire pit areas and outdoor fireplaces
- Outdoor kitchens and entertainment spaces

The PMT Difference
A Lawn & Landscape Company You Can Trust
Homeowners, property managers, and facility teams across Johnson County keep working with us for the same handful of reasons.
01
We know Central Indiana ground
Heavy clay soil, cool-season turf, and Indiana's swing from wet spring to dry August all change how a property should be treated. We plan around the conditions we work in every day.
02
We treat the property like our own
Clean edges, blown-off walks, straightened bed lines. The details you would notice at your own house are the details we finish every visit with.
03
We show up on time and communicate
You know who is coming, when they are coming, and what happens next. From the first estimate through the last cleanup of the season.
04
5.0 stars across 300+ reviews
Locally owned since 2015, licensed, bonded, and insured. Big enough to serve, small enough to care.
Commercial
Grounds Programs for Properties People Judge on Sight
Property managers, HOA boards, office parks, retail centers, and facility teams need a contractor who shows up on the schedule and communicates before there is a problem. We build season-long grounds programs that cover mowing, edging, trimming and blowing, bed maintenance, tree and shrub pruning, litter pickup, hardscape weed control, aeration and overseeding, and snow and ice management once the season turns.
We work regularly with schools, townships, industrial sites, and healthcare facilities across Johnson and Marion County. Start with commercial grounds maintenance or send details through the commercial request form.

Reviews
One of the Highest Rated Lawn & Landscape Companies Around
Google reviews from homeowners and property managers around Johnson County keep coming in for the same reason. Our trucks are in these neighborhoods every week, and the reviews are the reason most of our new work comes from a neighbor pointing at a yard.

Questions & Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
A few things homeowners and property managers ask us most often.
We work throughout Johnson County and the south side of Indianapolis, including Greenwood, Center Grove, Franklin, Bargersville, Mooresville, and Southport.
Yes. We design the space, present the plan, and our own crews build it. That keeps the details from getting lost between a designer and an installer. Start with landscape design to see how the consultation works.
Absolutely. Plenty of our maintenance clients did not have us install anything. Weekly mowing, landscape maintenance, and lawn treatments are all available on their own.
It depends on the season and the size of the build. Spring and early summer book up fastest, and design and permitting add lead time on larger projects. The earlier you call, the more control you have over the install window.
Yes. PMT Lawn & Landscape is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, and we are happy to provide a certificate of insurance for HOA or commercial requirements.
Work With a Local Landscaping Company That Sticks Around
PMT Lawn & Landscape started in 2015 with a simple idea: earn the next season instead of chasing the next contract. That is still how we operate. We are big enough to serve a commercial grounds contract and small enough that the owner knows your property.
PMT Lawn & Landscape serves Greenwood, Center Grove, Franklin, Bargersville, Mooresville, Southport, and Indianapolis. Call (317) 910-1257 and we will get out to see the property, serving Indianapolis and the surrounding areas.
