The program is modular. Some clients want everything, from the first spring cleanup to the last leaf haul. Others already handle their own mowing and only want us in the beds. We price the pieces separately so you can see what each one costs and decide what is worth handing off. Standalone residential leaf removal service is available for properties that only need the fall side handled.
Weekly cutting is the backbone of most programs, and it is covered in detail on our mowing and lawn maintenance page. Turf health work such as fertilization and weed control runs alongside it through lawn treatments.

Bed Work
Beds Are Where Maintenance Shows Up First
Turf forgives a lot. Beds do not. A bed with a soft edge, thin mulch, and shrubs that have not been cut back reads as tired from the street even when the grass is perfect. That is why our crews spend real time on the bed lines rather than treating them as a quick pass at the end of a mowing visit.
We cut a defined spade edge, keep mulch at a depth that actually suppresses weeds and holds moisture, and prune shrubs on a schedule that respects when each plant sets its buds. Cutting a spring bloomer in March costs you the bloom, so timing matters more than convenience.
When a bed has gone too far to maintain, the fix is usually a redesign rather than more trimming. Overgrown foundation plantings, plants that were wrong for the light, and beds that have lost their shape are all better handled through landscape design or a larger backyard transformation, then rolled back into maintenance once the new planting is in.

How All-Inclusive Maintenance Pricing Works
We measure the property, count the bed square footage, and look at how much trimming and access work the site actually demands. A tight, heavily planted quarter acre can take longer than an open half acre, and the quote should say so instead of hiding it in an average.
Recurring visits are billed at a flat per-visit rate so your monthly spend is predictable. Larger one-time items such as mulch installs, heavy pruning, and cleanups are quoted on their own, approved by you before they happen, and scheduled into the route rather than bolted on as a surprise. If you want winter covered too, snow and ice work can be added so the same company handles the property year round.

Landscape Maintenance FAQs
Lawn care is the turf: mowing, fertilization, and weed control. Landscape maintenance covers everything else on the property, including beds, mulch, shrubs, ornamental grasses, and seasonal cleanups. Most clients combine both so one crew is accountable for how the whole property looks.
Bed detail work typically runs on a monthly or twice-monthly rotation through the growing season, alongside the weekly mowing visit. Heavily planted properties or beds with aggressive weed pressure sometimes need a tighter interval early in the season, then settle down once the mulch is refreshed.
Mulch is quoted separately because it is a material cost that depends on bed square footage and the depth your beds actually need. We measure before quoting rather than guessing at yardage, and most properties need a refresh once a year in spring.
We handle ornamental and small tree pruning that can be done safely from the ground. Large canopy work, storm damage, and removals belong with a certified arborist, and we will tell you when a job is past what we should be doing.
Yes. Most properties that start in June or July need a one-time cleanup visit to reset bed lines and catch up on pruning, and after that the recurring rate applies. We will tell you upfront what that reset costs.
