Residential & Commercial
Life Is Too Short to Spend Saturday Behind a Mower
PMT Lawn & Landscape provides recurring lawn care and lawn mowing service, serving Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. Call (317) 910-1257 and we will get your property measured and scheduled, or request an estimate.
A freshly cut lawn does more for curb appeal than almost anything else you can spend money on. It signals that the property is cared for, it makes the beds and hardscape read as intentional, and it gives the rest of your landscaping a clean backdrop. The catch is that keeping up with it through an Indiana spring is a real commitment. Most people who go looking for lawn care near them are really looking for one crew that handles the grass cutting and the rest of the yard maintenance without being reminded. From late April through June, growth can outrun a weekend schedule entirely, and a lawn that gets cut every ten days instead of every seven starts to show it in scalping, clumping, and stress.
Our crews run a consistent route so your property is serviced on the same day each week, in the same order, by people who know it. That consistency is what keeps a lawn healthy rather than just short. We adjust cutting height with the season, raising it through summer heat so the turf shades its own root zone, and we keep blades sharp so the grass is cut rather than torn.
Every Visit
More Than Just Mowing
The difference between a yard that looks mowed and a yard that looks maintained is in the edges and the cleanup. Anyone can cut the middle of a lawn. The parts people actually notice from the street are the bed lines, the curb strip, and whether there are clippings all over the driveway when the crew leaves.
Mowing is also where we spot the problems first. Crews flag thin areas, weed pressure, insect damage, and drainage issues so they can be handled through lawn treatments or fall aeration and overseeding before they spread.
- Mowing at the correct height for your turf type and the season
- Clean edging along driveways, sidewalks, curbs, and bed lines
- String trimming around fences, posts, trees, and obstacles
- Blowing off all hard surfaces so nothing is left behind
- Alternating mow patterns to prevent ruts and turf lean
- A note from the crew when we see something worth flagging

Pricing
How All-Inclusive Lawn Care Pricing Works
Lawn care pricing here is per visit based on the actual size and complexity of the property, not a guess from a satellite photo. Tight fenced yards with lots of trimming take longer than open acreage, and the price should reflect that honestly in both directions.
Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing are always included in the visit price, so there is nothing to add on later. Bed work, mulch, pruning, and cleanups are quoted separately through landscape maintenance and seasonal cleanup services, and plenty of clients bundle all of it into one season-long program with one point of contact. When the leaves come down in the fall, the same crew handles leaf removal so the lawn is not sitting under a wet mat by November.
Most homeowners ask what lawn care costs per month. Because we bill per visit, a typical suburban lot lands in a predictable range once we have measured it, and you are never charged for a week we did not service. For commercial sites, HOAs, and multifamily properties we build the same service into a full-season contract. See commercial grounds maintenance for how those programs are structured.

The PMT Difference

We treat the property like our own
Clean edges, blown-off walks, straightened bed lines. The details you would notice at your own house are the details we finish every visit with.

Questions & Answers
Lawn Care & Mowing FAQs
Weekly for most of the season. In the fast growth weeks of late spring, weekly is the minimum that keeps a lawn healthy. When growth slows in mid-summer heat or late fall, we may move to every other week rather than cut turf that does not need it.
Every visit includes mowing, edging, string trimming, and blowing off the hard surfaces. Lawn treatments, bed work, mulch, and cleanups are separate services that most clients bundle into one season-long yard maintenance program.
We mulch clippings back into the lawn by default, because they return nitrogen and organic matter to the soil. We bag when growth is heavy enough that clumping would smother the turf, or when a property owner prefers it.
You are assigned a service day and we hold it. Weather moves the whole route, so a heavy rain week can shift you a day, but you will not be bouncing around the calendar.
Residential mowing runs as a seasonal service rather than a locked multi-year contract. We would rather earn next season than hold you to it.
That is how most of our clients use us. Mowing paired with lawn treatments, landscape maintenance, and seasonal cleanups means one crew is accountable for the whole property.
